My teaching style is knowledgeable, but also very fun and laid back. I will always go at the students pace, whether it is fast or slow. I will teach students basics in sight reading, and the best way to practice a piece of music. I will let the student know what they have been doing well and what they need to work on. If they are ever having trouble with a technique or piece of music, I will be sure to give that issue extra attention and figure out why the student is having difficulties. Read More

Music has been a significant part of my life since I was a child, and it's importance has grown as I've gotten older. I started, as many do, in the fifth grade when I started playing the saxophone which I continued on through high school. When I was 13 I started playing the electric guitar, and I would later switch to the classical guitar at 19.
