Teaching has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. After I had been teaching for a few years I began seeing certain musicians around town were quite a bit better than the rest, as I enquired I found out they all studied from the same instructor. This was a huge turning point in my playing and teaching! My teacher, Vincent Bredice, would instruct me on "how to" teach younger students and was a tremendous help in propelling my ability to teach, as well as, level of musicianship! Read More

At the end of the day we're here to make sure the student learns the instrument and progresses towards their ultimate goal. My earliest teachers taught me in a way that made music fun, rather than tedious, which to me is essential. I played in Jazz Band through middle school and high school, which opened my ears to another dimension of music. Read More

My teaching experience began at a young age. I started volunteering lessons for the youth in my church. I played keyboard on the worship team for several years and some youth students showed interest so I would teach them every now and then. In 2017, I started teaching private lessons at a studio in Fort Worth. I really started to enjoy it, and as I kept on teaching for years to come (going on 6 years now), I've just fallen in love with it! Read More
