Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. When it comes to my approach, I usually structure my lessons around each student's personal goal. The main book I teach out of are the Hal Leonard's Essential Elements books. While I still use others, these are the most reliable and consistent when it comes to teaching. From there, I also include songs that are based around the style and technique that the student is trying to achieve.
