Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

For the first couple lessons, you should expect me to evaluate the level of the student and isolate problem areas. I will help the student create short term and long term goals, whether it is for a class project or a giant audition coming up. I then tailor my lesson plans based off of those personal goals. I will get a feel for what each student is looking for in a coach and try my best to exceed those expectations by catering a method that is perfect for them. Read More

My teaching experience began in my teenage years because my brother wanted to learn guitar, my cousins wanted to learn guitar, and my sister wanted help with singing! I've always enjoyed seeing other people get the hang of it. A few years back I taught at a music store in Warner Robins, Ga, where I had around 12 students at a time. I am a professional singer, songwriter, pianist, recording artist and touring dancer. I was born and raised in Vancouver, BC, Canada and now reside in Nashville, Tennessee. I received my formal musical training with an ARCT in Teaching with the Royal Conservatory of Music. My performing experience plus the formal training, has awarded me the versatility to make learning stress free and fun. Typically, I begin with regimented learning. For guitar students, I use Hal Leonards Guitar Method 1. For voice students, I teach basic breathing exercises and fun, sustainable and memorable warm-ups. From there, I begin to prep them for their first solo performances. I offer studio-wide performance opportunities for new and experienced students to show off their skills! As they progress, I teach to their interests and needs. Some students may be in high school prepping for Solo and Ensemble, or All-State Chorus auditions, or even college auditions. Read More
