Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

I have been working out of my record studio since 2013 but I have been recording since 2004. I have also served as the assistant band director at midfield high. Giving rudimentary lessons to the drummers and working on the theory and range with the upper brass was one of the many jobs that I was assigned to as assistant director. I strive to always be supportive of my student's dreams but to also push them towards the greatness I know every one of them is capable of. Students in studio are encouraged to enter competitions and are required to perform in regular performance classes along with spring and summer recitals. I also like to assign them exercises from the book titled "A Dozen a Day." This helps with muscle memory as well as get them more comfortable with the instrument. I also have adult books, which are more suitable for the older student, but I am also open for teaching in an area that the student is desiring to learn, and so I can find things to teach that accomidates that. I am passionate about music and I play at least 7 instruments. I love alot of international music styles as well as American styles (soft rock, rock, hard rock, progressive metal, hip hop reggae, etc.). My music degree is from Auburn University Montgomery and I have done live performances within a band, ensemble, and on my own.
