My top priority in teaching violin is for my students to develop a love for music. This includes tailoring my teaching style dependent on the student's learning style. Typically, I like to begin my lessons with developing musical foundations (which includes scales, rhythm, and different bow and finger exercises). When it comes to playing the violin, the automaticism of such motions as in what is required to efficiently and effortlessly master one’s craft begins with the simplicity of a regimented practice pattern and structured rhythmic pattern done everyday. I have extensive orchestral experience including The Bolshoi Theater, Moscow central Philharmonic Orchestra, Russian Philharmonic, and San Luis Potosi symphony orchestra. I lived and taught in Mexico for 4 years while playing as assistant principal second violin at San Luis Potosi symphony orchestra in Mexico.
