Overview:
I have toured for the past eleven years as a soloist and chamber musician. I am grateful for every opportunity to play with musicians and family alike and value balance in every aspect of life. A curious soul and avid seeker of this wondrous yet somewhat elusive construct, I continue to leap for it (in full congruency with the stars) in all that I do to carry me into the depths of the imagination that circumnavigates the luminosity of the present moment! I will look forward to the possibility f teaching wonderful students soon!
EXPERIENCE
Hello everyone! Today I will share with you my teaching experience in a few brief general statements: Due to a hearty touring schedule, most of my experience stems from the privilege of masterclasses around the world but mostly America, Germany, and Denmark along with some private teaching. I have done a guest mindfulness/meditative workshop class with The Jacobs School of Music Summer String Academy and taught orchestra programs and performed school visitstions as a guest artist that have included variations of lectures mixed with question and answer models.
METHODS USED
Most of the work that I have had the privilige of delving into have been masterclasses with individuals trying my very best to incorporate aspects of what I have learned from my time with Don Weilerstein who I consider to be a major mentor figure to me in development both as a musician and a person. As an avid practitioner of Tibetan Buddhism, I have often to my ecstatic wonderment found patterned sychronocities between this sort of brilliant visceral teaching various aspects of Tibetan Buddhism,(particularly the practice of Shamatha and elements of Visualisation), Eastern Energetic practices and spacial/temporal awareness—playing with various methods of getting out of the body to become the rhythm and structure a phrase. I also work with basic fundamental structures that formulated the basis of my work with previous teachers such as Paul Kantor and Julia Kurtyka.. this includes basic practice exercises, and techniques, how to hold the instrument and how to shift etc. and how to sculpt a particular sound with the bow at various segments of a phrase i.e. bow distribution, bow speed, and the relationship between bow hold bow arm relation with the types of sounds in a particular palette). (The more flexible one is with the palette the more colors available on the palette)! .... Excitement and anticipation with each breath me exude and habituate!
LESSON STYLE
My approach to teaching encapsulates a nonjudmental attitude and a clear succinct way into the gateway of information that one approaches as they progress along the path of musical learning. I value kindness, appreciation for one’s craft and effort. The key for me in all life is balance. I approach music from not just a physical standpoint applying various aspects of quantum and classical physics but also from a basic compassionate stance of what it means to be a human being living a fundamentally good human life. When it comes to playing the violin, the automaticism of such motions as in what is required to efficiently and effortlessly master one’s craft begins with the simplicity of a regimented practice pattern and structured rhythmic pattern done everyday. This must be cradled by a safety net of inner Development. Without developing the Heart one cannot develop the craft. I find a deep relationship between Meditation practice and Classical music intermindlged with Jungian psychology that I feel attuned to at the heart of the insular development of potential individuation that can propel one forward into the depths of the ecstasy of life that is pungent and honest.

Caroline is an amazing virtuoso violinist with the love, patience, and compassion for humanity that will take your breath away as easily as her performances on her 2016 release of Violin Concertos Caroline G.Kornold & Mozart. I am performing musician and singer who has traveled and played clubs nationally and internationally. Over the years I have always sought instructors wherever I am located to continue learning. I can tell you this absolutely, if and when you find a performing talent such as Caroline, who also has the desire to teach and share their gift, you have indeed found a precious priceless human gift with whom you can study joyfully, rewardingly, and diligently. Enjoy her gift.

Caroline’s talent and artistic development are exceptionally rare. Under the guidance of her expert teachers, she has practiced skillfully, carefully, and intensely for more than twenty years and collaborated with some of the most well-respected musicians of our time. Caroline is also inspired by traditions of spiritual development, and hopes that her performance and teaching will increase the wellbeing, joy, inspiration, and meaning in the world. For all these reasons, I highly recommend taking lessons with Caroline.

“To send light into the darkness of men’s hearts—such is the duty of the artist." - Robert Schumann Caroline creates the perfect environment for everyone to shine their own light, this is what 20+ years of experience condensed into an hour lesson feels like.
