Hailing from Austin, Texas, Adrian J. is a rising Junior Viola performance major at the Eastman School of Music Studying under Professor George Taylor. Adrian began studying viola in his freshman year of highschool at McCallum Fine Arts Academy under Martha Carapetyan; he later went on to study at the Interlochen Arts Academy in his senior year under the teaching of Renee Skerik.  In 2013 I received my Bachelor's Degree in Instrumental Music and Music Theory from Bluefield College. I own and conduct Ovation Symphony Orchestra. I have played for the Rappahannock Youth Symphony and the Bluefield College Orchestra and in duets and trios with members of the Roanoke Symphony. I live in Virginia and have played for local wineries, art museums, and restaurants; I also play weddings, dinner parties, and private events. I enjoy playing music because music echoes the soul and releases the mind.
