I began teaching private lessons part time when I was 19 years old in different academies in my city and since there, I have been teaching both in academies and at home. I have taught both violin and viola and some of my students are now persuing an undergrad degree back in Colombia. I excel at taking the most self-motivated students to the highest level, and I don't hold anyone back in order to stay with a pre-determined method. All students learn to count the beat in a FUN and entertaining way. I save the last few minutes of every lesson for "musical games", which are usually ear training.
