I believe in individualized learning. So each student will receive their own plan for their progression. Some materials I recommend for students are the rubank book for beginner. It is very important for students to grasp the fundamentals. For intermediate students, we would progress on a track and focus on what they had for goals. I will admit will full confidence that I am the type of teacher to keep it laid back and casual, but will not let my student stop giving me their full effort. If anything, they will be disappointing themself in the future, and I refuse to allow that to happen.
