Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. For example: I'm teaching a student to date music theory. At one point 10 years ago when I was teaching a student theory, she completely shut down and wanted no longer to take piano lessons because of the difficulty of it. The way I approach music is motivating the student to care about their practicing and to enjoy it. Moreso, to enjoy playing and performing the trumpet in a healthy way! I set a reasonable pace for my students as well as challenge them. I set goals for them as well as log in practice times to make sure they are getting all of the practice they need!
