I always start with the fundamentals of sound production along with the musical fundamentals such as scales and sight-reading that go along with performance. I am extremely interested in all aspects of the biomechanics of trumpet playing, from breathing to embouchure to tone production to technique. I have been teaching since 2017. I started off with private lessons in St. Augustine, FL, then proceeded to join the Community School of Music at Stetson University as a Student Teacher in 2017. After graduating from Stetson in 2019, I stayed and taught as a Faculty Teacher at the Community School of Music, having more students. During my tenure, I taught students from four to 85 years old.
