Hello! I just graduated from my masters degree from Ohio University in Clarinet Performance and earned my bachelor from Western Kentucky University in Music/Spanish. I started teaching band camp after my first year of college have not stopped, soon after that I started giving private lessons to clarinetist in the western Ky area and I realize that I loved it. Between WKU and Ohio University I have being a member and have played principal in many of these groups: Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Marching Band and Pep Band, Clarinet Choir and Chamber Music and Opera. I began my teaching experience in 2016, when I began work as a band camp instructor during my student teaching semester in college. Since then, I have served as a high school band director for three years before stepping away to pursue other musical opportunities. Despite leaving my position as a band director, I still remain active as an educator. If students are in band or an ensemble, we can also work on pieces they are playing, as well as work towards solo repetoire if they wish to play in a recital.
