I have been working out of my record studio since 2013 but I have been recording since 2004. I have also served as the assistant band director at midfield high. Giving rudimentary lessons to the drummers and working on the theory and range with the upper brass was one of the many jobs that I was assigned to as assistant director. I have worked with middle school high school colleges and clients who just wanted to record or get better. Read More

I started teaching around the summer of 2013. My first pupils were children that were active members at my old church. They were interested primarily in acoustic guitar, I discovered how wonderful it made me feel to see their faces "light up" when they learned their first chord. The love of music develops differently in each person. Because I have found that most "creatives" are fairly emotionally driven, I believe it is of the utmost importance to retain a sense of encouragement at every milestone no matter how small. I like to stay positive, helpful, and personal. If a student is struggling with a particular aspect, I will work with him or her to figure out the root, assess the situation, and solve the problem as efficiently as possible. Read More

From there, I went on to a university and continued to teach guitar, bass, and voice while I finished up on getting my performance degree. Ironically enough, some of the best lessons I ever learned in music school weren't even how to play, it was how to teach. Read More

My teaching experience began a long time ago, back when I had played guitar and other instruments for only some period of time. From showing licks and musical parts to other players to giving short lessons to friends and family members looking to learn. I have always enjoyed teaching music on all levels whether it's casual or serious! I technically started teaching lessons a few months ago to a family friend who has showed progressive advancement much to my surprise. Read More
