I have been working with children and adults since I was in college. I have worked one on one with individuals of all ages and experience levels. I worked with children ages 3-8 in a classroom as a Preschool and Afterschool Teacher at Follow the Child Montessori School. In 1998 I became Musical Director of the group Los Tigres, with which I began to develop my compositional and arranging skills.. In 2001 I founded the group SonEra, now performing only my own compositions and arrangements. During this period of time I also developed my teaching career, working as a drum, percussion and piano teacher at Rinkeby Music School, Kulturama and at the Royal Academy of Music in Stockholm. I started teaching percussion in 2011 at Forest High School. I taught their drum line for four years, until I went to the University of Florida in 2015. We received straight superiors at FBA ever year I taught there. I since have taught private lessons at First Baptist Church since 2012 with a 2 year break due to Marching band at UF.
