I have been working out of my record studio since 2013 but I have been recording since 2004. I have also served as the assistant band director at midfield high. Giving rudimentary lessons to the drummers and working on the theory and range with the upper brass was one of the many jobs that I was assigned to as assistant director. I have worked with middle school high school colleges and clients who just wanted to record or get better. Read More

When teaching beginners (especially kids/teens), I think back to how I learned the alto sax. So in terms of teaching saxophone, I teach from Bruce Pearson's Standard Of Excellence Volume 1! The one thing I want to see is for my students to succeed and build a passion for music! Communication will be key as we will set both realistic short-term and long-term goals, acknowledge accomplishments, anf tailor to the wants of each student. I plan to push each student to the top of their abilities so they can be the best they can be. Read More

The love of music develops differently in each person. Because I have found that most "creatives" are fairly emotionally driven, I believe it is of the utmost importance to retain a sense of encouragement at every milestone no matter how small. I like to stay positive, helpful, and personal. If a student is struggling with a particular aspect, I will work with him or her to figure out the root, assess the situation, and solve the problem as efficiently as possible. Read More
Instruments: Piano, Drums, Organ, Keyboard
Every opportunity I have to teach, I take it with great importance. Every student is a star student and no one (even me) is greater than the other. Patience is key and knowing that everyone learns at different pace. My goal is to make sure that each student will know the material and we will not move on to the next until you are comfortable. I love to make lessons fun and create an atmosphere that will entice the students to be eager to learn more. Read More
