I recognize that certain skill sets will take time to develop, and I make sure that all students are doing the right things as they practice. Between lessons, I set a small list of achievable skills and practices for students to do. These lists are tailored for each individual to grow every week. Hello! I just graduated from my masters degree from Ohio University in Clarinet Performance and earned my bachelor from Western Kentucky University in Music/Spanish. I started teaching band camp after my first year of college have not stopped, soon after that I started giving private lessons to clarinetist in the western Ky area and I realize that I loved it. Between WKU and Ohio University I have being a member and have played principal in many of these groups: Orchestra, Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Marching Band and Pep Band, Clarinet Choir and Chamber Music and Opera.
