My guitar, bass guitar, mandolin, and drum students will start in the Hal Leonard's books as well if they are unsure of a specific genre or style they wish to play. If they already know what genre they'd like to specialize in, they will be given a curated coursework to help them build the skills they need to master whatever they wish to Jam out on!
