For beginning students I generally use the Suzuki books and have had some training in the method. I don't use a strict Suzuki method but combine it with a more traditional approach by including note reading, scales, etc. I also use the Faber books in conjunction with the Suzuki for piano. For adults I generally give them the option of choosing the music they would like to learn and then try to incorporate some of the technical elements by using scales and Hanon exercises. Read More

I am a Classical trained Pianist with 14 years British Classical training in Piano, that got involved in performing modern day music. As a result I understand playing on stage as well as doing music studio work. I have performed and toured professionally around the world playing keyboard, percussion and guitar. I teach according to each students learning ability and I also love to challenge my students to help with their daily practice time. Depending on the level of advancement , we will determine the materials that is needed for each lesson. If its a beginner they will start on the basic learnings and fundamentals of music to help them better understand the lesson.
