My journey as a music instructor began during my college days at Rachmaninov Music College, where I started teaching private lessons part-time eight years ago. Over the last five years, I’ve dedicated myself to consistently nurturing the talents of my students in my home studio. One of my core teaching principles is to instill a sense of discipline and regularity in practice schedules, especially for younger learners. This structured approach not only fosters progress but also ignites a deep passion for the piano. I firmly believe that learning should be enjoyable, and to achieve that, I blend classical and modern music in my lessons. After all, if a student isn’t having fun, I’m not fulfilling my role as an instructor! My teaching philosophy extends beyond just playing notes. I actively encourage my students to participate in competitions and recitals, providing them with opportunities to showcase their skills and gain a sense of accomplishment. Moreover, I inspire them to explore their creativity by composing their own original music, helping them stay motivated and engaged in their musical journey.
