I am able to provide the materials with music notation and theory of both Classical and Jazz styles. Once I recognize the ability of each individual student I choose the path of development to everyone separately. My musical teaching goes back to high school, when I was the section leader in marching band on clarinet and the saxophone section leader in jazz band. I lead sectionals and helped those in my section learn the music and improve as players. I tried to make the sectional time as effective as possible, as we usually only had about 30 minutes.
