At the end of the day, I want my students to enjoy music and the playing of it. That is more important to me than the perfection of skills or the difficulty at which a student can play. I believe that if a student enjoys playing the piano, they will want to practice and eventually decide on things they want to learn, and after they have stopped taking lessons, will continue to play and push themselves.
