My teaching experience dates from my high school days when I taught friends in bands I performed with. During my studies at the University of Massachusetts I began my formal Teaching experience. My teaching experience has expanded greatly since then. I have taught in Private and Public schools in Boston and surrounding areas for grades K-12. I have taught private students for flute,piano,guitar,ukulele,recorder,Music Theory and Music Composition. I have taught students from age 6 to 90,at all levels. I also have experience teaching students with special needs.

I am a respected teacher with The Royal Conservatory of Music Program and I utilize the Celebrations Series for students enrolled in their program. I find this program to be exceptional for it's breadth of Repertoire,Technical Requirements,Ear Training,Sight Reading and Music Theory.I am also a teacher with The Little Mozart's,Crescendo International Program. Through the Little Mozart Program I have had students perform at Carnegie Hall,NYC, and Shalin Liu Center,Rockport,MA. In these venues my students were awarded Second and Third Awards. I have found this program to be a great incentive for students performance. I have utilized Faber and Faber Methods for  Piano, Let's Play Jazz and More,J. Latulippe, Hannon Revisited, because I have discovered these methods to be comprehensive. For my flute students I have utilized method books by Trevor Wye,Brooke,,Moyse,Taffanel & Gaubert,Kuhlau,,and for Guitar Students I have utilized Classical Guitar Techniques by Shearer,Hal Leonard Methods, Noad,Methods, for the Guitar.
