Overview:
I was born in August 1984 in New Halkidona-Athens, Greece. At the age of 7, I started my musical education by taking piano lessons. I did not finish my piano studies but the fire of music was burning strong inside me, and at the age of 15 i decided to study drums. Since 2005, i have been a professional drummer and  collaborated with several notable musicians and singers such as Kostas Chronopoulos, Vox, Giannis Markopoulos, Manos Ksidous, No Balance, Teresa Panagiotopoulos, Nikos Georgousakis/M51, KARMA, and The Secret. In September 2010, i was the drummer for the band " The Secret ", we won the  first place in the “EUROVOICE” contest with our song “In the Arms of My Angel”. I moved to Austin, Texas (USA) in February 2013 to continue my musical career. Since then, i have played with many Austin musicians as well as being a member of One World (R)evolution  and the drummer of the  artist  "Sefo" .  We are presently in the studio recording their upcoming album, expected for release in 2015.
EXPERIENCE
    My first student (back in 2004 ) was a friend and we started lessons....for fun! This fun became a way of living  and one of the things that i really love to do. In 2005-2006 i started giving private  lessons at first in teenagers or people around 20-25 years old. That was easy because most of the people over 20's the know what they want.So i wanted to try with much younger and much older....and i thing it went pretty much well!  :-)   Also, I began teaching drums at Handrou Conservatory in 2007 , as well as private lessons, until 2012 that i left Greece...  After , more or less, 9 years around the students of any age , i am pretty sure  i can help you turn this passion to...real life!     
METHODS USED
My methods... are really more of "what kind of person" is the student. Usually we start with the sitting position on the instrument, stick control , snare exercises , basic drum beats, development. After the control of the instrument the most important is the sound control...dynamics, exercises into the beats, songs, playing in more music styles, independence. ....success.
LESSON STYLE
Music has no limits...music is everything and...everything is music ! Although i am mostly a rock drummer, my influences and most of my students they were in that "rock side". But, most of the times the student is the guide to which way of music need to choose. The most important is to understand the student's desire,to become one with the student's passion for music and finally to show him/her the way to make this dream come true...
