In 2008, I graduated from Bowling Green University with a bachelor's degree in Piano performance. In 2012, I completed a master's degree in piano performance in University of South Florida. Currently I'm working on my doctarate degree in piano performance at University of Las Vegas, Nevada. I've been very fortunate to perform twice in the last 2 years at Carnegie Hall.
I started teaching during my freshman year at Bowling Green State University. Since then I've taught privately for the last 10 years. I have taught the age from 3 till 80, including beginners and avanced musicians. I have taught for 3 years a group piano classes for music majors at South University of Florida. It is my 3 year to teach group piano classes for non-majors at University of Las Vegas, Nevada.
I usually teach beginners with books by Faber and Faber or Alfred's series. For adults or more advanced kids I select solo reperoire according to student's interests.
I do understand that learning piano can be challenging sometimes. Therefore, I'm very patient teacher. I always try to find music that inspires a student.
Select all the days/times the student would be available to start lessons. Selecting "3pm - 7pm" means the student can start as early as 3pm or start as late as 7pm. It is important that you select as many days and the widest window of start times for each day as possible. That will help us make a match with one of our teachers.Ok
Are you sure that's your only availability? The more availability you easier it will be to arrange a teacher for you.
