I’m an experienced drummer of 23 years and have competed at a world class level. But I truly love to teach and watch students reach their full potential. I went to school at Pasadena City College and studied music and got two associates degrees from that College. Went on to teach both middle school and high school drumlines and got them competing and achieving State Championship titles. I’ve also worked with bands from Church and did many gigs with my former Tahitian dance troupe in Southern California.

I’ve written a lot of original music materials for students as well and many of my past students graduated becoming a top honor in their class. Always willing to teach the new generation.
I have a great system of teach the fundamentals of drumming by using warm ups that can progress the technique and skill of the individual. It’s been a proven method of mine for years that I truly have the confidence that I can teach anyone how to drum regardless of their background in music. I’m in tune of figuring out the learning curve of the individual that I can adjust according to the timing of the student. I’m also known to have a lot of patience with the student because I know it’ll take time to learn.
