I have been teaching drums and music for over 10 years now, and I have truly fallen in love with it. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a student progress and achieve their goals on the drum set or in their musical pursuits. I approach each lesson with a balance of structure and flexibility, tailoring the lesson plan to the individual needs and goals of the student. I believe in building a foundation grounded in technique and relaxation, while also encouraging creativity and self-expression. One of the things I love most about teaching drums is the opportunity to introduce students to a wide range of musical styles and approaches toward music. I believe that exposure to diversity helps students become well-rounded musicians and broadens their appreciation for different types of music and ways of thinking about practicing and performing. I am a patient and encouraging teacher, and pride myself on maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment for my students. My ultimate goal is to help them develop a love for music and a lifelong passion for drumming.
