Verdi; “Lucia di Lammermoor” (Edgardo) of G. Donizetti; “Tosca” (Cavaradossi) “Madama Butterfly” (Pinckerton) and “La Boheme” (Rodolfo) of G. Puccini; “Caballeria Rusticana” (Turiddu) of P. Mascagni; “Carmen” (Don José) of G. Bizet. Also he has performed tenor roles in Spanish and Cuban Zarzuelas such as: “La dolorosa”, and “Los claveles” of J. Serrano; “Doña Francisquita” of A. Vives; “Marina” of Emilio Arrieta; “Luisa Fernanda” of F. M. Torroba and many others.

 

Overview:

Born in Matanzas, Cuba, I have studied voice with Maestro: Joaquín Moré at the Cultural Center Los Corales in Varadero, Cuba since 1994. I am a renowned opera Lyric-Tenor performer as well as a contemporary popular singer. I have received prestigious awards in several fields. In 2002 I appeared as a Soloist Tenor at the Habana-Cuban Metropolitan Main Opera House, “Teatro Lírico Nacional de Cuba.” • Vocal Professor of Pop and Classical Music at the “Teatro Lírico Nacional” to soloists and choir singers. • Voice and diction instructor to actors from “Gaia Teatro de La Habana” during performance of the “Divinas Palabras” of Ramón María del Valle Inclán. • Mr. Zamora worked at Stage Masters in Miami, Florida as a Certified Professor. His certification is held by Steinway & Sons. Languages utilized: Spanish, English, Italian, Latin, and French.    

EXPERIENCE

As a professional Opera Singer and Professor for more that 10 years and based on that experience I have developed my particular method of teaching the vocal technique. I have also had great success working with childrens that require an special attention. 

METHODS USED

We teach the Italian Technique that can be used at the time of singing any musical genre. With the knowlegde and good use of the technique you will be able to sing well all the time and all your life. We work to develop skills in the student to well listen and differentiate in the music each change of tonality. We also work in choosing a suitable repertoire for each student.

My teaching stile is simple and natural, because singing is a passion and also an expression of the human being. Each student requires particular attention and guiance in regard to their own needs and aspirations.
