Hey Guys! my name is Cesar, and I attended Berklee College of Music for my college education. I am looking to teach beginner to intermediate students. I play all styles of drums and look forward to meeting some of you. I have played all over the United States and have found teaching to be my passion.
I have been teaching for a few years. Starting a small music school for my church. I have many students who just loved the way that I teach and have honestly pushed me in to making this my full time job. Motivating students to practice and seeing their growth is what keps me going because i didnt know what it was to have support in my music growing up.
My method for teaching is helpful for students to become the best musicians they can be. We work on proper technique, different music styles, and being able to create music with the lessons i give them. The most important thing for any musician is to find their own sound.
My teaching style is much different than most schools. I have taken lessons my whole entire life and I decided to make a change. Parents will recieve a professional audio recoding of each lesson so they can hear what their child is working on. We offer recitals every month so student can showcase their talents to family and friends. This is crucial for students to perform so they can understand and feel the satisaction of performing music. Being a youger teacher motivates me to change the music school midset and using technology to help students become better faster!
