I was 5 years old when I started to play the piano. In 2001 I graduated with Secondary Specialized Education from the High School of Arts in Ruse, Bulgaria with specialty in Piano Pedagogy. In 2006 I obtained a Bachelor Degree (BA) in Piano pedagogy from The National Music Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria. In 2006 I was employed at The British School of Kuwait and The British Academy of International Arts in Kuwait as a full piano teacher and accompanist. For the past 9 years I taught over 550 children and adults of different levels piano, theory, sight-reading, and play a variety of classical musical compositions at a fast rate. I arranged the following piano ensemble music for students: Piano duos, Piano 6 Hands, 4 Pianos 8 Hands, Piano trios, and Piano quartets. I held piano recitals with all of her students every year. In both Kuwait and Bahrain I prepared students for competitions, recitals, gala concerts, ABRSM Piano Examinations, and weekly performances at The British School of Kuwait . I accompanied school choirs and orchestras at various functions and benefits, as well as numerous recitals, gala concerts, Christmas concerts, Christmas bazaars and many other events around Kuwait.
In 2011 I performed with the string orchestra as part of the 50/20 celebration in the British Embassy of Kuwait for the VIP guests, including Prince Charles Attendance (2011). I performed in the following school productions: ”The Phantom of the Opera” (2009) ,’’My Fair Lady’’(2010),” Blood Brothers” (2011), ’’Evita’’(2012),’’Jack and the Beanstalk’’ (2013),’’The Lion King’’ (2014). From 2006-2008 I was employed as an accompanist for the Kuwait Singers Choir. In July 2015 I moved to the United States (Orlando) to enrich the world and to touch the lives of people through her skills and knowledge of music.
For beginning students who are children, I typically start with John Thompson's The Easiest Piano Course, Part1 and I always try to reach Part 4 with the student. After 6 mounts of having lessons with the same kids I am offering them to perform in front of there parents, friends and neighbors. For adults, I try to find out what the student is interested in, and guide my instruction accordingly to keep the lessons engaging and fun, no matter their ability level. I love teaching and always give my best to the students!
I love teaching kids and adults piano and music theory . I do my best to be a fun, different and enjoyable lesson every time. I am flexible to teach the students in there home, virtual or in my piano studio. I am offering performances every 6 months .The live performance is very important, because it develops self-confidents in the student and motivates her/him to practice more and becoming better and better every time . Therefore, it's important that each student progresses at his or her own pace.
