I have been teaching of and on for the last 20 years. I have been playing professionally for the last 27 years. I played in my high school marching band and in the symhponic orchestra. I studied under Tony Casselli and Tom Tehdran. I've been in a variety of bands from dinner/oldies bands to rock. My current studio has two drum sets and a DW practice pad set. I use some of the standard drum method books along with some of my own techniquies I've developed over the years. I also multi media for lessons appilicable. There is a waiting area where parents can relax while their children are taking lessons and listen in to hear and see what is beeing taught.

EXPERIENCE
27 years of professional playing experience both playing live from Chicago to the East Coast. I have also done a lot of studio work and have one now that I work with on a regular basis doing demos and other clients projects.
METHODS USED
I use a variety of standard drum method books such as "Stick Control" by George Lawerence. I also DVD's and other multi media for lessons.
LESSON STYLE
My lesson style depends on the student and where their playing level is as well as what their long term goals are. All beginning students are taught the standard basics along with rudiments, proper sticking, and posture along with anything designed specifocally for thier needs.
