My teaching experience starts back to my beginning years of college days. I start began teaching as private lesson instructor at my previous college community music school. I use a number of resources to teach students concepts in musical performance. This includes online resources and method books that enhance fundamentals and technique. I do believe that understanding of music theory is necessary to advance beyond the intermediate level, and this system has assisted in training many students over the years. Every student has their own interest and learn with their own pace. I teach them based on what they need to learn and give them what they want to play. I pay attention to students' basic technique and postures as I believe that having a good basic foundation helps you build up your skill and will help you improve.
