I have recently begun teaching within the past year, but have worked with various record-holding Metropolitan Opera stars of which I learned Voice Pedagogy, Several blues, and country artists, as well as rock singers. I encourage my students to connect with their body when singing, relax, and let their voice soar! Every genre and skill set is welcome! If students aren't having fun, and enjoying the time that we spend letting our voices out, I am doing my job wrong. Read More

My teaching style is a little eclectic. I like explaining everything I do because students should know why they're doing certain things. I work with each student to figure out why they're taking voice lessons and figure out accomplishments that they want to achieve. Throughout high school and college, I worked at summer camps and tutoring programs, working with children and teenagers, doing everything from counseling to arts crafts, to hiking and music lessons. I've always enjoyed working with kids, watching their interests and passions grow. I've taught private guitar lessons for 1 year now, doing both virtual and in-person lessons. I'm a passionate teacher who loves to get to know my students and see them grow through and with music! In 2013 I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts in Music with emphases in clarinet and music education. As a high schooler I felt called to study music after playing a clarinet solo with my church handbell choir and have been pursuing music ever since then! I love how the fundamentals I have learned have enabled me to pick up and play many different instruments and genres, and I can help you do the same! Read More
