My teaching experience stems back to my early days in the service as I began to be recognized for my leadership skills. I have always loved school and the attainment of knowledge which has helped me to successfully change the direction of my career path and teach at the college level. Music has always been my full-time profession. At the age of 13 I started playing bass in local bands professionally. After high school, I embarked on a collegiate musical journey, which led me to stays at Columbia College in Chicago, Bowling Green State University (where I received a full tuition scholarship) and Wayne State University.
