Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. My teaching style allows students to go at their own pace. I will work to set realistic goals with them at each lesson and acknowledge accomplishments as these goals are met. I encourage the students to have a notebook with them during lessons so that we can document assignments, goals, progress, and accomplishments.
