It is incredibly rewarding to see students developing both a love for and skills in music. Modeling effective practice techniques is high priority during lesson time so that students can make progress at their own pace outside of lesson time as well as in lesson time. I believe that if a student is told what they are doing wrong constantly, they will feel like they aren't good enough for the instrument, or they will lose interest.
