I've worked with students of all ages, from those just beginning their studies to graduate students majoring in trumpet at the collegiate level. As Instructor of Trumpet at the University of Michigan I worked with undergraduate and graduate trumpet majors in the classical performance program. As Graduate Student Instructor I worked with secondary and non-major undergraduate and graduate students, along with working with high school students in college preparatory courses such as the Michigan Youth Ensembles and MPulse Trumpet Institute. I am a middle school band director that has over 20 years experience. I love sharing my love of music. I graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor of Music degree in Instrumental Education. I also have a Masters of Music degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Instrumental/Choral Education. I graduated from college and began working as a middle school band director.
