Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. Our music teachers understand that every student has different needs and abilities and therefore the lessons will be planned with that knowledge in mind.

I generally use a method book for teaching band or orchestral private students. I also use other resources depending on the needs of the student. My goal in teaching students primarily is to bring joy to their lives. Music should be fun, not a laborious exercise that creates stagnation in creativity. For some assigning certain things to practice and having the student keep track is a good motivator, for others its just asking them to look at the music.
