My teaching experience goes back to graduation from college when I began private lessons 29 years ago. Since then I have been consistently teaching students in my studio and in home while recently adding on online lessons. I encourage consistent practice with practice sheets and lesson plans tailored for each individual student based on their level of skills and goals. I began teaching through my high school mentorship program in Texas during the early 2000s. Since then I have obtained my Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Northwestern State University, as well as a Master's degree in Trombone Performance. I did a semester of student teaching with the award winning Argyle High School band program in Argyle, Texas in 2012.
