Hello! I just graduated from my masters degree from Ohio University in Clarinet Performance and earned my bachelor from Western Kentucky University in Music/Spanish. I started teaching band camp after my first year of college have not stopped, soon after that I started giving private lessons to clarinetist in the western Ky area and I realize that I loved it. For beginning students I believe a foundation in learning the notes on the instrument is important, as well as matching up those notes to the paper. A solid theory application is appropriate. For intermediate and advanced level students developing a style and interpretation of music is how to grow exponentially. I am careful to choose the appropriate music for each age. if there is a child, for me is very important the relationship with the parents, because they know a lot of goals from the child. For adults the communication is the fundamental thing, each have own aspirations. The topic for teach my students will be my passion.
