Our music lesson students will have the opportunity to take lessons from the comfort of their own home or in one of the teachers studios. Careful attention is placed on each student to ensure a custom lesson plan. I tailor lessons for each individual student based upon their age, ability, and cognition. I am a big believer in repetition, and reinforce fundamentals heavily. For all students, we will work greatly on building good habits right away. We will do exercises for breathing, embouchure, and hand position. From there, we will work on tone quality. As we begin learning notes and rhythms, we will use method books such as Essential Elements, in addition to easy songs for beginners to get comfortable practicing and eventually performing. Read More
