My methods vary student to student- we all learn differently and my objective is to find what works, wether it be a quick demonstration, or a complete breakdown right to the fundamentals. The curriculum is also multi-dimensional; it is tailored to the interests and needs of the particular student, whether a beginner or advanced. I am very passionate about music. I love to teach and pass along what i know so that others can continue to create music for profit and personal enjoyment. I am a very low pressure teacher. If you are not enjoying your time then no one is benefiting from the lessons. I use a marker board, books, a metronome, paper and pencils etc to tech lessons. I do not send home "homework" but i will assign practice exercises for students to do between classes and will check on the progress and results when we meet for our next lesson. Read More
