My style largely depends on the student and his/her needs and interests. I enjoy using rewards-based encouragement, especially for younger students. The rewards I give are always musical and I usually let the student choose. I began my teaching experience in 2016, when I began work as a band camp instructor during my student teaching semester in college. I continue to work with several different programs in Kentucky and Ohio, where I teach clarinet lessons, marching band and drum corps, and jazz ensembles. Read More
