I opened my clarinet studio while in college. Over the next decade, my studio grew to over 40 students. It was a diverse studio with clarinetists of all levels and ages! I am excited to be teaching privately, and building my studio again, here in Florida! Lessons with me will be a good mix of work and fun. In 2009, I graduated from Roosevelt University ( orchestral studies program). Prior coming to the US in 2007 I graduated from Moscow State Classical Academy Maimonid ( Masters degree). In 2004, while I was in school I won an Associate Principal clarinet position with the Moscow Symphony Orchestra. I continued through college teaching both middle and high school students on my winter and summer breaks. I continued after my matriculation from university, and began to focus on the high school students. My teaching experience started when I was in high school I assisted the middle school band director and taught some private trumpet lessons. During my time at Pensacola Christian College, I learned how to teach lessons in brass, woodwind, percussion, and strings. Part of the requirements included student teaching where I taught third grade theory, high school band, private trumpet, and private clarinet lessons.
