I finally graduated with a degree from University of Texas Pan American (now 'UTRGV'). Shortly after my graduation I became a fully certified public school music teacher for k thru 12th grade. And throughout my college & teaching years until now I have played with various bands as well as solo projects. For example, classical guitar requires perfection of technique for good execution. This requires practice of scales, arpeggios and such. My musical carreer began at 3 years old when i sang on my fathers radio program. A few years later I began singing solos, Duets, Trios and quartets in Church, as well as, Choir all through Junior High and High School. I resumed my study of music at college in applied voice along with Music theory and Piano basics. I'm an enthusiastic and driven teacher who loves to help students realize their personal musical goals. In 2012, I graduated with a Bachelor of Music degree in Composition from Trinity University and in 2014, I earned an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts. I've performed a wide variety of music with everyone from orchestras to pop and folk bands throughout my life.
