I am a singing-actor who enjoys performing and passing on my knowledge of singing to others. I graduated from the University of Southern California twice, earning both my masters and bachelors degrees from the Thornton School of Music in vocal performance. My career so far as given me wonderful opportunties to sing in Europe and in well respected music festivals in the United States, such as the Aspen Music Festival. Read More

Lessons are fun!  My philosophy is that students should have music in their lives and benefit from the lessons they take now for years to come.  Learning to play a musical instrument will help students with math skills, study habits, and develop a skill that will last for a lifetime. After 3 months students will understand the fundamentals of their string instrument or voice, know how to care for their instrument, warm up properly, be able to read and play/sing introductory passages.  After 6 months the student will have learned basic music theory, how to read music, and have advanced through playing/singing multiple songs. Music has always been a part of my life. I became involved in music, theater and dance at a young age, performing in countless professional productions. In my teens and early adulthood, I began writing and recording music and became involved in a number of recording projects that led me to teaching. I gave my first lesson over a decade ago and I continue to perform when I can. I graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy with concentrations in Theater and Music, and I worked for Women's Audio Mission in San Francisco. Read More
