...i empathise to the age and desires of the student first. this is my real way of getting to let them have a perspective from another side of the coin. i use a lot of jargon, i like to make jokes and riddles and rhymes from time to times, but the point is the style and flow are more than you might know from a lyricist and author you're reading. the way i stylistically go is my own, and i don't think anyone has been upset by it (except when i might use some foul language by accident, but always under emotionally acceptable terms). if i don't get the expected result out of my student, i will keep with them until they get over the hump. i will never give up on what a student's actual potential is. if they are in pain, i will tell them to take a break. music can wait. there will always be someone else out there to pick up the guitar and make the noise. for me, its the moment when you see a student finally play the song they've listened to five hundred times over on a physical medium and watching the light fill their eyes. having the happiness of the craft come through. that's my style. ... Select all the days/times the student would be available to start lessons. Selecting "3pm - 7pm" means the student can start as early as 3pm or start as late as 7pm. It is important that you select as many days and the widest window of start times for each day as possible. That will help us make a match with one of our teachers.Ok
