I acheive this through various agility exercises and working on repertoire with at least an octave of range. I also work on bridging the vocal registers through mindful vowel manipulation and plenty, PLENTY of support. For the advanced singer, the instruction can be guided on helping through a piece of repertoire, particular vocalizations or ornaments and the like. Depending on the actual skill level, we will work on projection and range. Read More

The "Contemporary piano technique" by Stephany Tiernan from Berklee is a nice guide where you also combine Jazz with classical and every thing else. In 2000 I launched my own vocal studio, Mr. Gisbert's Voice Studio. Read More

My teach experiences started back in my undergraduate career. I began teaching private voice lessons part time to students at certain ages in my home studio for 3 and half years. One of my key points is a consistent schedule for students to practice so they can progress and gain the love for singing like I did. I also like teaching a collaboration of classical, rb, and pop music to help the students gain interest in music. Read More
