I'm a recent College graduate who loves music and teaching. I've been playing music since I was four years old and love it more everyday. I graduated from Berklee College of Music with a Degree in Music Production and Engineering and have incredible knowledge of technique, theory, recording, and how to have fun. I've performed at many venues including Charnegie Hall and The Loncoln Center in NY.
I've been teaching guitar since 2010 and have a lot of experience working with younger kids. I know many techniques and ways to get kids excited about playing music. I know a lot of kids get turned off to music because their teachers bog them down with information and don't really get them playing until its too late. My approach is to get students playing the first minute they walk in the room.
It all depends on what the student wants.
