Overview:

I'm very patient, understanding, and organized in my life.  I am self-motivated to do self contracting with students, families, groups, etc.  I have many years of education in teaching regular education to special education.  I like to do many arts, crafts, music, reading, entertainment, and upifting activities regularly.  I have organized individual sheets for each student or client that I work with.  I have worked 1 on 1, with small groups, and with classroom settings for many years.  I like to live empowering with the people that I spend my time with each day.  To learn constantly is a desire each day as life goes on regularly.

EXPERIENCE

I have many years of experience taking lessons at a piano to read music well.  I have many years experience working with children and teenagers of all ages and levels of development in many areas of life.  I have spend much time in schools working with children, teenagers, and many teachers and other professionals.  I have spent much time creating IEPs and behavioral plans for each individual student or client as I work with him/her to increase the level of each student or client that I work with. I have used Applied Behavior Analysis for many years in many circumstances and with many different levels of people. It has been very well for me to have much experience working for behavioral health companies using their specific strategies, my strengths/talents/education, and developing my own lessons, programs, and forms to use regularly. 

METHODS USED

I like to teach each student or client that I work with as I assess what is best for each individual.  I am very organized in my work to always be aware of where each person that I work with is at and which way each person is going as I work with him/her.  I adapt each program to the individual so that there is no confusion, misunderstanding, or misinterpretation of people involved with the teaching in any way.  

LESSON STYLE

When teaching, I use very accepted strategies as I teach each individual.  I work on the level and at the pace of each individual that is best for him/her.  I keep a record of where each individual is at very regularly.  I stay open for any questions, concerns, or ideas of others about the teaching and strategies that are used.  At times when it can be appropriate, there are more fun activities used in teaching to decrease the mundane formality that can become too regular at times.  Behavior management is very well done always with the high amount of education, experience, and knowledge on human development and education in teaching.
